The Contract Plan includes a revenue share from protected reorders. The steps are as follows:
  • You collect customer payments for package protection during checkout.
  • Both customer payment and the protection fee go to your business bank account.
  • You transfer the protection fee back to Protectly weekly. In exchange, Protectly shares a portion of the revenue generated from these protected reorders with you.
With the Free Plan, you don’t pay a monthly fee. Instead:
  • You collect payment for package protection from your customers at checkout.
  • Both the customer’s payment and the protection fee go directly into your company’s bank account.
  • You transfer the customer-paid package protection fee back to Protectly weekly. This is managed automatically through platforms like Plaid or Stripe, based on your payment preference.
We offer two pricing plans:
  • Free Plan: No monthly cost. You provide package protection to your customers, offload claims management, and monitor shipping performance with no additional fee.
  • Contract Plan: Custom pricing that includes package protection, claim resolutions, shipping analytics, and a revenue share percentage for protected orders. With this plan, you’ll also earn a share of the revenue generated from package protection purchases.

Filing a claim is simple! We’ll send you an email and text with a link to log into Protectly. Once you're logged in, find your order and follow the steps to file a claim. You’ll need to share some basic information, like photos or videos.
